Data Protection

As you may know new Data Protection laws come into force this month.

I am providing a form for you to sign to agree to your details being used for the purposes of running the choir. Currently only your e mail address is used for group e mails and from today e mails will be sent so your address is not visible to all. If you have provided a phone number I do not store them electronically.

If you leave choir and wish for your data to be removed, then you must inform me in writing (or email).

I can confirm that your data will never be passed onto at 3rd party unless you have given specific consent for me to do so.

Forms will be given out at tonight’s rehearsal and available from hereon in for any new members.
