We are a community choir based in Rutland. We welcome anyone who simply enjoys singing.
We are a friendly and an enthusiastic group of around 30 members. Under the leadership of our inspirational musical director, Tracy Steward, we sing an exciting range of songs. We welcome experienced singers to become involved and encourage those who may be new to choral singing to come along and give it a try! It is not necessary to know how to read music (although it is very useful) and we have no auditions.
We perform two main concerts a year; a Spring concert usually in May and a Christmas concert in December. We have also performed at music festivals and take part in various local events throughout the year.
We start rehearsing at the beginning of the school terms in January and September for Spring and Winter concerts, but new members are welcome at any time of the year!
New Term Autumn 2024 starts Tuesday January 16th
